The best way to use vinegar with your produce is to make a solution with two parts water, one part vinegar. You can easily make a solution in a medium size mixing bowl and pour the mix in a spray bottle. To use the solution, place your produce in a collander and then spray enough to cover them. Let the spray sit on the produce for approximately five minutes and then use a vegetable brush to gently scrub the fruit and vegetables. Rinse thoroughly with water after are done scrubbing. Use the spray for all of your produce to help keep your family healthy and safe.
